Delivery and collection
How orders reach you from the DCU campus pharmacy. Wording follows the pharmacy’s current delivery terms, confirmed 16 August 2026.
When orders are dispatched
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12 midday are shipped for next day delivery nationwide. Orders placed on Friday up to 2pm are usually dispatched on Saturday morning.
Times may be longer during busy periods, including sale days, Black Friday and bank holidays.
Deliveries are made by DPD. You can track your parcel from your account page using the tracking number assigned to your order.
Addresses and returned parcels
Please check that the full delivery address at checkout is correct before placing your order. Orders are dispatched quickly, so it may not be possible to change the address after the order is placed.
If an incorrect or incomplete address means a parcel is returned to us, we will resend it once an additional delivery fee is paid. If the order is cancelled after being returned, a restocking fee of €7.50 plus VAT applies to each order and is deducted from the refund.
We use a reliable courier, but we cannot be held liable for delay or failure to deliver within the estimated times.
