How to use Thermacare Heat Wraps for Neck Pain
- Make sure the skin you’re applying the wrap is clean, dry, and free of any makeup, moisturizer or lotions.
- Lay the wrap flat on your skin. Make sure the darker heat cells are placed towards the skin.
- Watch out when handling the adhesive side so you don’t get anything like lotions, lint or hair on it will prevent the adhesive from sticking.*
