Pharmacy Prescription Ordering and Delivery Information

All dispensed medicines for home delivery will be packaged in discreet non branded robust material to ensure that both your medicines and identity remain anonymous throughout the process of ordering through delivery. All deliveries are fully trackable and secure, usually taking 1-2 days from time of dispatch from our pharmacy.

Our pharmacist and expertly trained staff will be on hand to assist you either by phone or via a private videochat with any queries you may have. Such queries at this time may include:

• Help with choosing the right product for you online
• Help answering any medication query you may have with medicines delivered
• Help with securing a regular prescription from your Doctor without an unnecessary visit the surgery.
• Help and advice with new or chronic symptoms you may have developed and discuss the best treatment or recommendation
