How to Take
Alflorex can be taken once daily as a capsule.
It can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day.
Do not exceed the stated dosage. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Suitable for adults and children aged over 3 years.
Note: It is best to take Alflorex with a milky or watery drink which is less acidic. Acidic drinks like fruit juices can damage the 35624 culture.
There is no refrigeration required for Alflorex but must be store below 25C.
It must be consumed within 1 month of opening.
