Pharmhealth has turned 10
Let’s celebrate together on Tuesday 28th February.
We are celebrating our 10th Anniversary this year! Its hard to believe; For some of us it feels like only yesterday when we started from scratch as an Independent Irish Owned Pharmacy on Glasnevin campus of Dublin City University.
During the last decade – like many other retail businesses and those in the Pharmacy sector – we have had to endure many ups & downs, drastic cuts, obstacles and uncertainties so it has been with sheer hard work, determination and blood, sweat & (sometimes) tears to keep our heads above water and the business afloat. Thankfully through the dedication of our staff and you, our loyal customers that we have lived to tell our story.
Hopefully, we have succeeded in achieving our starting mission –
“to offer our customers a complete, professional healthcare service in an enjoyable, caring environment!”
Maybe that’s for our customers to decide??
So what have we acheived so far?
We’ve made lifelong friendships within DCU and the Glasnevin community. We’ve dispensed and delivered more than 250,000 prescriptions by hand with smiling faces to our loyal customers. At least 3,000 of these were house call visits outside of our opening hours.
We’ve innovated and developed over the years trying to give the best services available. Our photo section is one example with the constant drone of the printers and indicator of its success. Expanding our pharmacy consultation services to include yearly Flu vaccinations, 24 Hour Blood Pressure monitoring, Blood Screening and Food Intolerance testing amongst others.
An anniversary is a milestone in time that cannot be repeated. It is an opportunity to reflect on the success and good fortune we have also received but a time to ‘Give Back’ and celebrate with others.
That’s why this coming Tuesday 28th February we will be holding a One Day Bonanza Event in store. We wish to reward our loyal and valued customers that we have had the pleasure of serving throughout the years
The Pharmacy will be offering hourly raffles, spot prizes, exclusive discounts along with various events related to health, skin and fashion in store only.
